All-on-4® Dental Implants
All-on-4® is a treatment designed to replace a full arch of missing teeth using a small number of dental implants. This approach allows a full set of replacement teeth to be supported securely by implants placed in the jawbone.
For many patients, this treatment can restore both the appearance and function of their smile, helping them to eat, speak and smile with greater confidence.

What is All-on-4®?
All-on-4® is a dental implant technique where four dental implants are placed in the jawbone to support a full arch of replacement teeth.
The implants act as artificial tooth roots and provide a stable foundation for a fixed bridge. In many cases, temporary teeth can be fitted on the same day as implant placement, allowing patients to leave the practice with replacement teeth while the implants heal.
Once healing has taken place, a final custom-made bridge is fitted to provide a long-term restoration.

The Treatment Process
The first step is a detailed consultation where your dentist will assess your oral health and discuss your goals for treatment. This usually includes clinical examination and imaging such as X-rays or 3D scans.
If All-on-4® is suitable for you, a personalised treatment plan will be created. On the day of treatment, the implants are placed into the jawbone and temporary teeth may be fitted.
Over the following months, the implants integrate with the bone as healing takes place. Once healing is complete, the final custom-made teeth are attached.
Is All-on-4® Right for You?
Dental implants require healthy gums and sufficient bone to support the implants.
During your consultation, your dentist will assess your oral health and explain the available treatment options. If additional procedures are required before implant placement, these will be discussed as part of your treatment plan.
Results vary from patient to patient. Suitability for dental implant treatment can only be confirmed following a full consultation and clinical assessment.
