Nicole Parnell

Nicole qualified as a Dental Therapist and Hygienist in 2008 with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth. Since then, Nicole has worked in a variety of dental settings from busy fast paced NHS practices, private specialist clinics to most recently setting up her own Skin Clinic in Southsea where she provides a range of skin treatments.

For the past 8 years Nicole has worked as Clinical Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy. This involves training Student Nurses, Hygienists, Therapists and Dentists.

Nicole believes in gentle individual tailored care for each of her patients. No one patient is the same and preventative care is of upmost importance. Nicole believes that periodontal treatment is a journey that you will take together as patient and practitioner, thus enabling treatment outcomes to be achieved in a calm and respectful environment.

In her spare time Nicole is an avid sportswoman and takes part in various challenges from Triathlon, Spartan, Hyrox and National Fitness Games to name but a few. To relax Nicole likes spending time with her two teenage daughters and dog Molly. At the weekends she enjoys exploring new places, socialising with friends and taking part in outdoor sport events and watching her daughters Netball and Hockey Matches.
