Ben's experience at our practice

Ben had not been to the dentist for some time and had put off the event given everything seemed fine with his teeth. After 3 years of neglect, Ben decided he must visit the dentist and decided to book his first Dental health assessment with us at Transform Smiles.

What we did

Ben had a Full Dental health assessment for 30 minutes where the dentist charted each tooth on our state of the art software system and used X-Rays to understand the condition of Ben's oral health. A full smile check was also conducted to ensure we understand what Ben wanted to achieve in the short and long term as well as how we can help keep his teeth healthy for life.

Outcome

Ben had a full review and needed no treatment! He no longer felt nervous about future appointments because of his positive experience and immediately booked another Dental health assessment for 6 months, as advised by his dentist.

"I hadn't gone for a check-up in more than 3 years. I kept saying I needed to, but why go if there's nothing wrong? I had no sensitivity or spotting but I thought I should 'go!', so I did! I came in to have a Dental Health check along with a scale and polish with the Hygienist. I enjoyed the experience! Not many people would say that about the dentist, especially me! My dentist at Transform Smiles was excellent, he was very pleasant and after my check I was informed no treatment was needed. Everyone at Transform Smiles made me feel at ease. Once home I immediately recommended Transform Smiles to my friend who also hasn't been to the dentist for ages!"

Absolutely outstanding experience with Andrew. After 18 months of visiting 3 separate dentists to only receive poor dentures I decided to go to Andrew. I can not thank this man enough. I was listened to and he took everything I said on board and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout. Andrew completed the dentures in 8 days and and perfected them on the first try in. No other dentist has been able to make me a functional set and I’ve had a bad experience with multiple dentists in the last 18 months resulting in approximately 60 appointments and dreadful teeth.The teeth are exactly what I wanted and the 8 days from start to finish was incredible. His professional skills are well worth every penny. I would not go anywhere else now. My confidence has returned , my youthfulness has been restored and I absolutely love my new smile. I’ve been trying to achieve this for years and finally found Andrew. All staff were friendly and supportive and everything was explained clearly. I’ve waisted thousands trying to achieve this else where, I wish I had of gone to Transform Smiles first as I would have avoided all issues and cost wasted else where. I’m 41 with 20 years of denture wearing with no bone left for implants so what Andrew has achieved in restoring a full natural look in my face and smile is incredible and I feel myself again!
